Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour
1 cup of sugar
1 stick of butter (or margarine), softened
2 eggs
2 Tbs cream cheese
1 Tbs vanilla
Hersey bar
Graham Crackers, crushed
Mini Marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, and vanilla and mix well.
Add eggs and cream cheese. Mix well until the mixture is creamy.
slowly shift in 1 1/2 cups of flour and mix until batter is blended.
Line the cupcake pan with cupcake paper and fill the bottom with crushed graham crackers.
Add a Tbs of cake batter on top of graham cracker (do not mix).
Place marshmallows and Hersey chocolate pieces in the center of the batter.
Top with graham cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until done in the center.
If you choose to add frosting, buttercream, and cream cheese frosting will pair nicely.
